I’m a virtual health coach based in Phoenix, Arizona


 

It was enough. I had been working in behavioral health for 5 years and wanted to scream at the doctors! They just kept adding new medications but there were no life-altering, tangible results. Our patients were coming to the “experts” and were getting nowhere. Wasn’t it time for something different? Wasn’t it clear that another medication wasn’t going to be the solution? I had already been working as the diet technician and had been deep diving into the importance of nutrition and it’s role on physical and mental health, but I had no voice. I wasn’t there to teach them this new way.

That’s why I went back to school to get a science-based degree about the lifestyle habits that can actually produce a difference in how you feel ! There, I learned the skills and strategies to improve mental health by setting tangible goals. Now, I want to help others feel this way too! Come, and let’s..
